I hereby declare that all the statements I have made and the data given are correct to the best of my knowledge. The required documents (notarially certified copies) are attached. I agree that my documents can be checked for authenticity. I am aware that negligence or deliberate statements are unlawful and will lead to the exclusion from the approval procedure or – if detected later – will lead to the cancellation of the approval respectively enrollment to the foundation college.
I hereby declare that my secondary education certificate has been reviewed by the “Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen” and does allow me to attend a course at a foundation college (Uni-Assist, Anabin).
Additionally, I hereby declare that I read and fully understood the conditions for admission to the foundation college.
